7. Law

7.1. This licence shall be governed by English Law excluding any English conflict of law rules, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from the use of the software or arising from this licence.

8.Territories

You may not use the Software from any state, country or region where online gaming, poker or gambling is prohibited. In particular, this clause pertains specifically, but not exclusively to the United States Of America, the Netherlands Antilles, Australia, France and Italy.

9. AUTHORITY

BluffRoom retains authority over the issuing, maintenance, and closing of players' accounts at BluffRoom.The decision of BluffRoom management in these matters is final.

10. FORBIDDEN USE

10.1 SOFTWARE MODIFICATION AND REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software in any

10.2 COLLUSION

Attempted collusion between players by sharing information or by other methods is strictly forbidden. BluffRoom reserves the right to restrict play in any way it deems necessary to prevent collusion. Attempted collusion will result in the suspension of a players account.

10.3 BOTS

All actions taken in relation to the Games by a User must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the Software. All automated playing systems or Bots are forbidden,a nd use of such software will lead to account suspension.

10.4 FRAUD

In the event that BluffRoom deems that a User has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while using the Software or playing the Games, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, use of a stolen credit card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering, BluffRoom shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to the Games to such User, terminating such User's account with BluffRoom, seizing all monies held in the relevant BluffRoom "real money account", disclosing such information (including the identity of the User) to banks, credit card companies and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or taking legal action against such User.

11. OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR AND ABUSE

The User is prohibited from behaving in any way that may be seen as unlawful, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening through the Softare or associated websites.

12. BREACH

Without prejudice to any other rights, if a User fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, BluffRoom reserves the right to take such action as it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to the Games to such User, terminating such User's account, seizing all monies held in the relevant "real money account" and/or taking legal action against such User.

13. SECURITY

The User agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all use of the Software through his/her Username and Password. The User is obliged to keep his/her Username and Password secret and confidential at all times and to take all efforts to protect their secrecy and confidentiality. Any unauthorized use of the Username or Password shall be the sole responsibility of the User and be deemed as his/her use. Any liability there from shall be that of the User.

14. DISPUTES

The User accepts that the historical data of each game shall be as recorded on BluffRoom's servers. In the event of a discrepancy between the cards displayed on your computer and the game records on the server the latter shall prevail.

15. TRUE IDENTITY AND ONE ACCOUNT

The name on your Account must match your true and legal name and identity and the name on your Account registration must match the name on the credit card(s) or other payment accounts used to deposit or receive monies in your Account. To verify your identity, Company reserves the right to request at any time satisfactory proof of identity (including but not limited to copies of a valid passport / identity card and/or any payment cards used) and proof of address (including but not limited a recent utility bill or bank statement). Failure to supply such documentation may result in suspension of the Account. You are prohibited from holding more than one (1) Account. If you have more than one (1) Account or Accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your Accounts managed so that you only have one (1) Account. Company reserves the right to close your Account(s) if you open multiple Accounts. Should Company have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple Accounts have been opened with the intention to defraud the company, Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction related to said fraud attempt.

16. NO COMPANY EMPLOYEES OR AFFILIATES

If you are an officer, director, employee, consultant or agent of the Company or one of its group companies, or suppliers or vendors, you are not permitted to register for an Account with Company or to use directly or indirectly any of the Services (each an 'Unauthorised Person'), other than in the course of your employment as a Company employee. Similarly, relatives of Unauthorised Persons are not permitted to register with Company or to use directly or indirectly any of the Services. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall include (but not be limited to) any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling. Some specific 'host' accounts are excluded from this term, on the understanding that these accounts may never hold real money balances and may never play for any money.
